1.1 Revogue , a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at First Floor, 84 670, Motilal Nagar No.03, Nr Dalud Show Room,Goregaon, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India 400104 ("Company"), operates www.Walkontek.com which inter alia facilitates the purchase of electronics, toys,Cycles  and such other products sold by the Company under the ‘Walkontek’ brand ("Products") to the users of the Platforms ("Users")

2.1. What If Wrong Color Delivered ?
 if you found a wrong color is delivered to you please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery our executive will contact you and let you the solution for same . 
2.2 . Any Parts Damaged While Transit

 A. Mudguard ( We Will Send A New Mudguard Pair From Our End,  IF Receviver Is Ready To Make It From Off Market We Will Bear a Cost Of RS 300 For Same )
 B. Disc Brake ( We Will Send A New Disc Brake Pair From Our End,  IF Receviver Is Ready To Make It From Off Market We Will Bear a Cost Of RS 200 For Same )
 C. Rim Bend ( We Will Send A New Rim Pair From Our End,  IF Receviver Is Ready To Make It From Off Market We Will Bear a Cost Of RS 500 For Same )
 D. Brake Lever ( We Will Send A New Gear Lever Pair From Our End,  IF Receviver Is Ready To Make It From Off Market We Will Bear a Cost Of RS 300 For Same )
 E. Tube Tiered ( We Will Send A New Tube Pair From Our End,  IF Receviver Is Ready To Make It From Off Market We Will Bear a Cost Of RS 300 For Same )
 F. Minor Scartches ( In This Case We Are Helpless To Provide Any Service From Our Ends ) 
 G. Tyre Size Mismatch ( We Will Send A New Tyre From Our End,  IF Receviver Is Ready To Make It From Off Market We Will Bear a Cost Of RS 800 For Side And 1600 For Both Side  )
 H. Gear Problem ( If Found We Request Receiver To Consult With Local Cycle Repairer Usually Its A Fitting Issue Must Be Solved With Local Cycle Repairer ) 
Note : 
For All Above Issues Receiver Must Inform Us By Email [email protected] Within 24 Hours From The Date of Delivery Also All Parts Supports Refund Will Be Transfer By Gpay Or Netbanking As Detail Provided By Receiver Within 7 days
2.3. Dont Like The Product 
 If receiver Dont Like The Product In This Case We Dont Accept The Return Or Refund We Request You Please Read Carefully Our Return And Refund Policy Before Buying Any Product From Our Sites 
2.4. Assembly 
 For Assembly We Strongly recommend You to Done With Local Professional Cycle Assembler . Do Not Try At Home 
2.5.100% Damage 
 If Cycle Is Found 100% Damage Like Body Is Completly Broken We Will Accept The Returns And Refund From Our End

Receiver Must Inform Us By Email [email protected] Within 24 Hours From The Date of Delivery Also Refund Will Be Transfer By Gpay Or Netbanking As Detail Provided By Receiver Within 7 Days 

3.Hoverboard ( Returns | Refund | Support )
   3.1. Battery / Adapter Issue 
   if you found that battery or adapter is not working please let us know in 24 hours by email from the     date of delivery our executive will contact you and let you the solution for same . the best solution for   battery and adapter issue is we will 
send you a new battery or adapter as soon as possible from our end 
Note : After 24 Hours Battery and adapter will be provided on cost which will be paid by receiver 

Warranty : we provide only 30 days warranty for battery

3.2. light issue 
   if you found that there is a light issue let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery our executive will contact you and let you the solution for same . 
    
3.3.Sensor Issue 
  If You Found That There is a sensor issue please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery our executive will contact you and let you the solution for same . the best solution for sensor is send us the hoverboard to our office we will repair it and give you back or we will replace the hoverboard whichever is better .
3.4. Physical Damage  
   In This Case we dont provide any kind of warranty or support to receiver as hoverboard is a outdoor activity product we dont have a control over a physical damage .  
3.5. Dont Like The Product / Or Find Quality 
   If receiver Dont Like The Product In This Case We Dont Accept The Return Or Refund We Request You Please Read Carefully Our Return And Refund Policy Before Buying Any Product From Our Sites 
3.6. Chasis Issue 
   in this case please let us know in 24 hours by email from the date of delivery our executive will contact you and let you the solution for same 
   Please note : 6.5 hoverboard weight capacity is upto 50 kg exceed weight will bend the chasis .
For aLL Above issue Contact Us At [email protected] within 24 hour from the date of delivery Normal resolution time is  7 to 10 days from the date of complaint .
Note : all our Hoverboards not come under easy returns or refund warranty . Please Read Carefully our returns and refund policy befor buying a product . 

 3.E Scooter ( Returns | Refund | Support )

   3.1. Battery / Adapter Issue 

   if you found that battery or adapter is not working please let us know in 24 hours by email from the     date of delivery our executive will contact you and let you the solution for same . the best solution for   battery and adapter issue is we will 

send you a new battery or adapter as soon as possible from our end 

Note : After 24 Hours Battery and adapter will be provided on cost which will be paid by receiver

After delivery if you find any damage inform us with in 24 hrs, will give you return or replacement. We do not have pick up service you have to send us product our registered address from your side


 4.Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by Walkontek if:

          4.1 The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If Walkontek is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, Walkontek shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product;

          4.2 The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;

          4.3 The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match Walkontek records;

          4.4 The accessories delivered with the Product (such as chargers, Remote, user manuals, etc) are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;

          4.5 There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;

          4.6 In the case of electronics, if the Products sought to be returned are not sealed in the poly jiffy bag provided by Walkontek

         4.7 The gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used or defect; or

         4.8 Walkontek is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable.

         4.9 Walkontek shall not accept return or refund requests raised for any such Products that may be specified by Walkontek From time to time.

5.How do I return?

5.1 The product must be bought from our official website https://www.Walkontek.com/, Kindly email us at [email protected] with complete details.

5.2 The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms.

5.3 Walkontek.com  reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User

6.How To Communicate For Returns And Refund 

6.1      Return and Refund shall only be communicated via registered email address within 24 hours. [email protected]

6.2      Please send us the product images with description elaborating the issue

6.3      Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact, no water damage and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies with the confirmation email. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

6.4      Kindly send the product back to our registered address

7. How soon will I get my refund?

7.1      Once your return request is received. Our Return Team inspects the returned product thoroughly; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your       returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or the cost that may incurred if the product doesn’t fall under manufacturing defect.If Approved We Will Send refund within 7 working days 

7.2      If the product is eligible for refund or replacement, we will communicate the same via registered email id

      


8.How Will You Refund If Product Purchase On Cod ?

8.1      If Product is purchase under COD will ask you for your bank account details and refund you on the same account withing 7 working days after receiving the product

8.2      If Product is purchase under Via Payment Gateway we will refund to same account through payment gateway withing 7 working days after receiving the product
